Your use of the Portal is expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms. By logging into or accessing this Portal you are indicating that you agree with and have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them. MDK reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Portal shall constitute your acceptance of any modified terms.

This Portal is intended for use by selected Vendors, Local Counsel, and Attorneys of MDK who have been expressly provided with credentials and access to this Portal. If you are a current Vendor, Local Counsel, or Attorney of MDK but do not have credentials to access this Portal or are otherwise unable to access the Portal, please reach out to the system administrator at MDK. If you are currently not a Vendor, Local Counsel, or Attorney of MDK please exit and close the Portal now. Unauthorized access to the Portal is prohibited.

Whenever you provide us information, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information. If you provide any information that is, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect is, untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal and refuse any and all current or future use of the Portal. Also, MDK may terminate our business relationship with you for such violations.

Permission to use the information made available on this Portal is granted for informational purposes only and is subject to all existing agreements, including use of confidential information.
